Dr Sonia is a AHPRA-registered Psychologist who offers assessment and therapy to individuals aged 16 +. She has over 26 years of experience in the field of mental health and has worked in various mental health settings including the UK National Health Service, tertiary education, charity sector and private practice. Having worked in tertiary education for 15 years, Sonia has extensive experience of supporting university students and her research area of interest in student suicide.

Sonia has been providing psychological support to adults for the past 11 years and has extensive experience in supporting individuals with a range of psychological issues including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, stress, mood instability, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, suicide, self-harm and bereavement.Â

As part of her doctoral studies, Sonia trained in Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioural and Person-Centered therapies. More recently, she has completed training on the following therapies:

Sonia integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches to best suit clients' needs and works collaboratively, instilling hope, and empowering clients to make significant changes in their lives.
