Sarah is a Provisional Psychologist with a warm interpersonal style who values the therapeutic relationship as central to effective therapy. She deeply values the opportunity to work with her clients and looks forward to supporting them through their journey.


She enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan and works primarily from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework. Sarah brings practical experience across both clinical and community mental health settings through university placements, employment, and volunteer roles.


Sarah possesses strong crisis and risk management skills and is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all clients. She is passionate about building excellence within the field of psychology and is dedicated to ongoing professional development, guided by core values of curiosity and lifelong learning.


Sarah graduated with First Class Honours from a Bachelor of Psychological Science in 2023 and is currently completing a Master of Clinical Psychology
